Husband makes this fresh ginger root tea all the time. Like twice a day. He dictated the recipe to me for you all to enjoy. Look at me, being all secretary-ish n stuff.
- 1 Vessel of your choosing – Pour in Boiling Water
- Some Fresh Ginger – Peeled and Microplaned – according to him, not enough to make you take a sip and realize that it’s OMG THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH GINGER
(about 1 Tablespoon from what I can see) - 1 tsp raw sugar (if you’re fancy) or regular sugar, or honey
Let it steep until it’s done.
PS: Fresh ginger should always be in your fridge, especially if you like to make curry!
